Richard Colman

Richard has been actively involved in the development of our Facility Management Division (FM) since its inception in 2004. His outstanding contract management skills and in-depth knowledge of statutory building maintenance, allow him to provide a uniquely tailored service to any client.

In his current role he is responsible for the effective coordination of a team of Facility Managers located throughout Tasmania, and for delivery of a number of complex, long-term maintenance contracts.

Richard works collaboratively with his Construction & Joinery peers to provide unparalleled customer service.
