The apartments, which all enjoy sweeping views of the Burnie waterfront, feature premium quality fixtures and an acoustic rating of 53.4 dB to prevent noise intrusion from the adjacent Burnie port and rail operations.

A 7m high, heritage listed columnar basalt rock face on which the complex is built, presented a major challenge for the construction team. Load restraints on the edge of the rock face coupled with strict requirements not to impede or damage the rock face had to be addressed. As well as carefully preserving the rock face, the Fairbrother team were able to incorporate its bold geometrical pattern into the exterior design of the complex, and also strikingly include an exposed section of the rock face in the internal foyer.

Highlighting the success of Fairbrother Developments in bringing this project from concept through to reality was the sale of the largest penthouse, well in advance of practical completion, for a local domestic property price record in excess of $1 million.
