Brad Van Den Bosch
Manager – Construction, Central Victoria
Brad’s journey at Fairbrother began in 2013 when he joined our team in the Contract Administration space. His previous eight years of experience, in detailing and modelling steel, facilitated a smooth transition and significant development in his new role.
Brad was promoted to Project Manager very quickly within three years, in recognition of his exceptional skills in efficiency and process improvement. Brad has delivered a vast array of projects in this role and began working closely with the Victorian General Manager, which led to exponential growth in his commercial experience. In 2019, Brad was again promoted to Region Manager for Central Victorian Operations.
Today, Brad leads a team of over 50 employees, working from our Bendigo office. In addition to his regional responsibilities, he is our go-to expert for maintaining modern systems and monitoring the commercial performance of all projects across Victoria. His expertise in head and sub-contract management is industry-leading, driven by his commitment to efficient and effective operational systems.
