Kurt Arnold

Chief Executive Officer

Commencing with Fairbrother as an Apprentice Carpenter/Joiner in 1995, Kurt has enjoyed a stellar career which includes 7 years as Manager of Fairbrother Joinery before being appointed to the position of General Manager of Construction, Joinery & Facility Management (Tasmania) in 2016.
After successfully fulfilling this role over 5 years, in July 2021 Kurt was appointed Chief Executive Officer and became a director of the company sitting on the Fairbrother board.

Over his career, Kurt has been involved in the delivery of high-profile projects across the country and now holds more than 28 years of experience working within the commercial construction industry.

Kurt has a proven track record in leading a highly dedicated and experienced team who are known for being prepared to tackle the most difficult projects. There’s no greater satisfaction than successfully delivering unique and challenging of projects for Fairbrother’s valued clients.

Kurt has a strong passion for the ongoing training and development of our people, especially our apprentices. He was instrumental in re-creating our apprentice program that went on to be nationally recognised by receiving the Australian Apprenticeships – Employer Award in 2020.

Kurt is also a director and board member of the Fairbrother Foundation where he provides the valuable connection between the Foundation and the operational aspects of the business.
