Make YOUR impact.

As a Fairbrother Graduate, your journey starts across:

With your time in estimating, you’ll contribute to preparing competitive and profitable project estimates while developing a strong understanding of market conditions. You’ll learn to consider all aspects of a project, including health and safety, environmental requirements, building the skills to contribute confidently to thorough and competitive tender submissions.

In Design Coordination, you’ll guide projects from initial concept and feasibility through to the construction phase. You’ll help ensure designs meet the client’s brief while staying on budget, developing your skills in stakeholder engagement, project coordination and managing change along the way.

Working within our project teams, you’ll gain exposure to the systems and processes that help ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. You’ll learn how quality requirements are planned, monitored and documented across a project, supporting compliance with client expectations, industry standards and project specifications.

Graduates will gain exposure to our Safety, Quality & Environment (SQE) team throughout their journey. You’ll see firsthand how health and safety, quality assurance and environmental management are embedded into project delivery, developing an understanding of the systems, processes and responsibilities that support safe, compliant and sustainable construction practices.

In this stream, you’ll gain hands-on experience in contract management and administration, supporting the project delivery team. You’ll develop the skills to ensure subcontractors meet commercial expectations and that the project is a success financially.

Working within a Project Team, you’ll be fully involved in project delivery, gaining insight into how Project Managers and the team around them engage with key stakeholders, build relationships, create effective work plans, and oversee the day-to-day operations of a project.

In this stream, you’ll gain insight into the role of a Site Manager and the requirements of running an organised, safe and productive site. You’ll be involved on the ground as the project progresses, learning how construction is coordinated and delivered.
