Cyclists dig deep for charity
February saw Fairbrother's biggest ever charity fundraising event - the Fairbrother Charity Ride - raising in excess of $33,000 for the Fairbrother Foundation.
This was no easy pedal, 17 riders took part in the two-day 358km journey from Devonport to Hobart.
Day 1 saw the riders leave Fairbrother's Stony Rise Road location, headed for the Central Highlands Lodge for the overnight stay.
On Day 2, the riders left the Lodge (in the cool, damp weather) for the journey to Hobart.
Both days of cycling finished with brutal mountain climbs - Day 1 up Poatina Road, Day 2 to the summit of Mount Wellington.
Thank you to all the riders and crew for conducting a safe and successful event.
