KFC Legana is a new concept store for this highly recognisable brand in a new and exciting location at Legana in the West Tamar precinct. This project was undertaken in a challenging fourteen week duration from commencement to completion, which included a lot of high quality finishes and unique design details in this short time frame.

Various sub contractors, including mainland contractors were used on this high profile project that commenced with bulk excavation of the existing Woolworth's car park and then followed with a two part main slab on ground, which supports thirty five precast panels that make up the envelope of the building. The majority of these panels are layered with decorative linings inside and out.
