| About |
Fitout of hotel rooms, conference room, bar, reception and all associated amenities plus fitout of twenty apartments of the York Cove tourism complex. |
York Cove, George Town is situated at the mouth of the Tamar River in Northern Tasmania. This expansive tourism
complex offers premium accommodation, conference
facilities, a marina, bar and restaurant.
The first stage of this project involved the joinery fit-out
of the hotel rooms, conference room, bar and reception
area and all associated amenities. The ultra modern
design effectively showcases a wide variety of finshes
and materials, a notable example being the bar and
reception area which features stone, stainless steel,
illuminated glass, visage laminate panelling and mirrors.
The second stage was the negotiated fit-out of twenty
apartments constructed as an extension to the orginal
development.
Each of the spacious, modern apartments boasts a
large kitchen, three large wardrobes, three vanities
and a laundry. High quality two-pack paint finishes
feature extensively throughout and colourback glass
splashbacks manufatured in our Devonport facility have
been installed alongside stone benchtops from Laminex.
Commencing as a private development for the JMC
Group, this prestigious complex is now owned and
operated by Peppers Retreats, Resorts and Hotels. |
