The Charles - Apartment 12 showcases Fairbrother Joinery's superior quality products which
incorporate a wide variety of contemporary finishes
combined with the innovative use of new materials.
Stone bench tops, timber veneers and exquisite twopack
paint finishes feature extensively throughout
this modern apartment.
Incorporating joinery and decorative features of
the very highest quality standard, the luxuriant
Apartment 12 is adorned with large solid timber
feature panels comprising a range of timbers
including Blackwood, Huon Pine, Huon Pine Birdseye,
King Billy, Myrtle, 'Tas Oak Fiddle Back' and Golden
Sassafras. The Blackheart Sassafras hanging doors
have mixed grain direction and 200mm stainless
steel discs routed in flush. A wine room is finished
in Myrtle Veneer with Huon Pine show pieces and
stone bench tops.
The renovation and incorporation of the 'Old
Hospital Building' combined with the high standard
