About Major complex including 248 call centre seats, training rooms, meeting rooms, cafeteria and amenities.

The Westpac Call Centre was the second major project of its kind undertaken by Fairbrother in the Launceston Technopark. The development consists of a 248-seat call centre with associated training rooms, meeting rooms, cafeteria and amenities. A large communications room houses a sophisticated information technology system. Heating and cooling is provided by a geothermal plant chosen because of its efficient operating costs.

Fairbrother were chosen by the client to work as part of the development team to design and construct this project. We were required to work closely with other team members to ensure that a high quality, functional and efficient centre was achieved. Our client was delighted with the end result and we were given an Excellence in Construction award for the project.
