Fairbrother were selected for the construction of the new 4 cinema complex at the Eastlands Shopping Centre at Rosny on Hobart’s Eastern Shore.
Included in the complex were 3 retail tenancies and extensive carpark areas.
Construction of the cinemas consisted of precast tilt up concrete panels and a structural steel framed roof. Acoustics were vital in the construction process, with close attention paid to minor details. External finishes were designed to blend with the refurbished Eastlands Shopping Complex.
