Uniting Aged Care was contracted by the Tasmanian Government to construct this project as part of the Australian Government Nation Building Economic Stimulus Plan for Social Housing in Tasmania (Project).

Aldersgate provides an extensive range of residential and community aged care services at various sites across Northern Tasmania.

This project comprised of 11 two bedroom units, 9 one bedroom units – all architecturally designed and sporting a 6 star energy efficiency rating. They all have disability access, are all landscaped and have custom built and designed kitchens from Fairbrother Joinery.
