Innovative use of materials

The Charles - Apartment 12 showcases Fairbrother Joinery’s superior quality products which incorporate a wide variety of contemporary finishes combined with the innovative use of new materials.
Stone bench tops, timber veneers and exquisite two-pack paint finishes feature extensively throughout this modern apartment.
Incorporating joinery and decorative features of the very highest quality standard, the luxuriant Apartment 12 is adorned with large solid timber feature panels comprising a range of timbers including Blackwood,

Huon Pine, Huon Pine Birdseye, King Billy, Myrtle, ‘Tas Oak Fiddle Back’ and Golden Sassafras. The Blackheart Sassafras hanging doors have mixed grain direction and 200mm stainless steel discs routed in flush. A wine room is finished in Myrtle Veneer with Huon Pine show pieces and stone bench tops.
The renovation and incorporation of the ‘Old Hospital Building’ combined with the high standard of finishes has transformed this project into a high class, architectural building.
