PROJECT OVERVIEW

architecturally designed

Located on the second floor of the RACT building in Hobart, legal firm Page Seager approached Fairbrother to negotiate a bespoke, architecturally designed fit-out package having already negotiated the terms of a lease with the building owner.
The project scope included the installation of timber-framed glazed partitions made from Western Red Cedar, industrial styled timber sliding doors, sound rated walls for private meetings and conferences, an exquisitely detailed boardroom fit-out and the installation of 80 custom-built workstations with acoustic panelling.

modern, minimalistic feel

The design incorporates a range of natural materials and high quality fittings which combine to achieve an aesthetic mix of a bygone industrial era and a distinctly modern, minimalistic feel.
Works were undertaken concurrent to the final stages of construction and fit-out of the RACT building and were scheduled for completion after the building owner had established its operations in the new premises. Managing both clients' expectations in a busy operational facility required a close relationship with all stakeholders.
