Stunning Architecture

This project was the creation of a stunning home that in every way, from its architecture through to finishes, exceeds all expectations for a stunning ‘million dollar’ home.

The home flows over three levels:

  • 1) An upper level comprising a guest room, garage, second bedroom and
    sewing room...
  • 2) Middle level comprising open plan living and kitchen area and
    master bedroom and...
  • 3) Lower level featuring a store, workshop and water storage.
Ecologically sound landscaping

In order to capitalise on the home’s sloping block and sweeping water views but adhere to the stringent height restrictions relevant to the location, suspended slabs were used in place of a regular, residential timber framed structure.
The home’s many special features include an upstairs walkway that forms a bridge and unique internal focal point across the main entrance, stunning use of local veneers and stone benchtops, high gloss Tas Oak timber floors, impressive large windows maximising the views, and ecologically sound landscaping featuring native Australian and water-friendly plants. Truly a home to enjoy for a lifetime.
