The fund does not provide any financial services to members and is not required to provide a financial services guide.

Rules relating to the nomination, appointment and removal of the trustees or trustee directors are detailed in the Fund’s Product Disclosure Statement.

Proxy Voting Policy

The trustee does not generally exercise its proxy voting rights as a shareholder in various public companies. Given the fund size and the relative minor % holding in any one stock the trustee does not believe they can significantly influence the outcome of a resolution. The trustee recognizes that to pursue an active voting participation policy would be both costly and impractical. Alternatively the trustee and their investment adviser monitor the various voting requests and generally will only participate where they believe strongly that participation would be to the benefit of the members.

The company did not exercise its voting rights in relation to shares in listed companies in the 2016 financial year.

There has not been a significant event or material change notice required to be provided to members in the last 2 years.
