Fairbrother Developments highest profile development to date has been the construction of the $16 million Bay Renaissance luxury apartment complex on the beachfront of Burnie, on Tasmania’s north-west coast.

	Port Sorell Development
	The idyllic and picturesque township of Port Sorell, just 20km out of Devonport on the mouth of the Rubicon River, is the site of a major development consisting of a desperately needed new Child Care Centre and Medical Centre. Works commenced on this development in mid-2008 and are expected to be completed by June 2009.
