We at Fairbrother like to call Hobart’s famous waterfront / Salamanca district our own. Landmark Fairbrother projects in this historic precinct include the Murray Street and Elizabeth Street Pier developments, Hobart Silos redevelopment into luxury apartments, Gibsons Mill redevelopment and Zero Davey. We feel a similar attachment to the eastern shore Eastlands Shopping Complex, where we have performed in excess of $20 million worth of redevelopment works including extensions to 2 major supermarkets, a car park upgrade, shopping mall works, and construction of a new state of the art multi-cinema complex.
