Fairbrother has a proven track record for the efficient organisation and delivery of Facilities Management and Maintenance services and contracts. After initially focusing on Facilities Maintenance works, the Division has in recent years built considerable skills and experience in Facilities Management, and is now strongly focussed on providing outstanding Facilities Management services to a growing client base.

Fairbrother's Facilities Management and Maintenance Division is a member of the Facility Management Association of Australia (FMAA), signifying via independent third party accreditation that we provide industry leading Facilities Management knowledge, expertise and services.

We are able and willing to work with clients to meet challenging criteria, as the following examples of our current contracts attest.

Current projects
Department of Justice (October 2005 - 2021)
15-year Comprehensive maintenance contract to recently constructed Risdon Mens and Womens Prisons and Secure Mental Health Unit Facility. Maintenance Contract value approx. $1.4 million per annum. Contract works include preventative and responsive maintenance, and programmed replacement works for majority of new building fabric and services.
Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)
Corrective and minor works maintenance across DHHS’ hospital and health care sites, including nursing homes.
Transend Networks Pty Ltd
Ongoing provision of reactive and preventative maintenance and minor works to Southern Region Transmission Network Assets.
Department of Education
Comprehensive roof maintenance and programmed upgrade contract to public school buildings statewide. Contract value approx. $1 million per annum. Contract works include preventative and responsive maintenance, routine cleaning, and programmed replacement works as well as provision of updated asset register and condition assessment analysis.
Glenorchy City Council
Provision of Building Maintenance Services for one of Hobart's largest city councils.
Aurora
The FM&M Team are building on what has already been a longstanding and successful relationship with Aurora. Comprehensive maintenance and minor works are progressively being added to with expanded facility management services for this key Fairbrother client.
United Group
Provision of comprehensive maintenance services to the multitude of facilities, including supermarkets and varied retail outlets, operated across Tasmania by the United Group.
Tote Tasmania
The FM&M Team are successfully forging a solid working relationship with Tote Tasmania that includes maintenance services to a growing number of Tote Tasmania's State-wide facilities.
